All products sold through FY Creation are digital downloads.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final.
No Returns on Digital Products
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not typically offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

- corrupted or unreadable files
- missing download files
- incorrect file delivery
- technical problems accessing your purchase
